Mojave MA-301fet

Our take on an '87, with switchable cardioid, omni, and bidirectional polar patterns.

The MA-301fet is a multi-pattern large diaphragm, solid-state condenser microphone based on one of the most popular german microphone designs of all time. Compared to the MA-201fet, the MA-301fet adds a 3-position pickup pattern selector, a 15dB pad, and a switchable bass roll-off.

Designed by Grammy-winning microphone designer David Royer, the MA-301fet features a 3-micron gold-sputtered duel-diaphragm capsule, high-quality Jensen audio transformer, military-grade FET, and custom-designed low-noise resistors. Each MA-301fet microphone is carefully tested and evaluated, then packaged in its protective case with a professional grade shockmount.
